Although your @fanshaweonline.ca email address will transfer over to Outlook 365 on May 1, your past sent and received emails aren't making the move. The current FOL Inbox will be deactivated on May 1 and any emails currently in your inbox, drafts, trash, and custom folders will be permanently unavailable. Please make sure to archive any important messages and files this month.

You can do this by:

1. Forwarding emails to a non-FOL email address
2. Printing emails to PDF or paper (we recommend PDF for sustainability)

You will lose access to your emails in the FOL system as of Thursday, May 1, so make sure you save anything you wish to keep before the end of April!
